I set my system up yesterday and have no capabilty to change the sound settings, every time I press the Audio, sound Mode or Options button I get a message comes up on the front of the unit that says "Not Use" I did an online chat with Sony yesterday and they didn't seem to understand the query.

Hi there

Certain features will only be available when playing a DVD/Bluray (such as those you described).

To change the settings on the system, press the HOME button on the remote control and goto Settings.
