NPR programmes out of date

Hi

I have a BDV-E370. The NPR programmes that I can access all date from July or earlier. I bought and installed the BDV-E370 in September - and now it's December. Should the programmes have updated themselves - or should I be doing something? Or is the fact that I'm in the UK a limiting factor to what I can see?
