Could someone help me please.  I added credit by gigff gaff it could not text me the confirmation the text on this new Sonly L3 was unresponsive and i can not make a call even after the sim had verified my number, it still isnt working . I am upset by this it is taking all day and it is not so simple it ignores the fact my Wi-Fi that is connected too. What else is wrong ((?)) Also,I checked every Setting . Is it the problem with my network provider GiffGaff ((?)

Hi there, check if you can test your SIM card in another device and see if it will do the same thing or not.And for the Wi-Fi try to forget the network and reconnect again and check if it will work.
