Battery Drainage

Hey Guys my batter is draining very fast in V1904... I have factorg resented 3 times still it's not working. I m from India I have not updated my phone still to 4.3... What should I do?? R

I had done charging for 4 hrs when battery was40% but then also no improvement is there instead its draining... I wanted to know that whether i should charge my phone 4-5 hours when battery completely drains and switches off ???? And should i charge it regularly or what ???? And also after using it in safe mode not much improvement is there ???? And also it really works or what after charging it till 5 hrs
