Hi
I have recently got a Sony Xperia M2 and have just opened a google account. I have managed to transfer my contacts from my ancient LG mobile onto my gmail account but cannot work out how to get them to appear in the phonebook on my phone? Can you help me please?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I guess that you can see all your contacts via the following link:
https://www.google.com/contacts/
Do you have a working internet connection on your phone? Go to Settings > Google > Your@Google-account > Menu button (three vertical dots) > Sync now, to see if they show up in your phonebook.
Also make sure that you have not unmarked the filter for your contacts via Contacts > Menu button (three vertical dots) > Filter > Google.
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
If your contacts are stored at your Google account, you should just add the same Google account in your phone and make sure that sync contacts are marked via Settings > Google > Your@Google-account > Sync contacts.
When you have internet access on your phone, the contacts will be synced to your phone.
