Battery Charge percentage

I didn't use my phone near one year maybe more and now when i turn it on the battery is charging but the battery charge percent show 1% only what should i do

the battery will discharge even when you use it or not.

just charge your device using the wallmount adapter and wait, 2-3 hours. a depleted battery will take time to charge
