Can't download and install Viber, FB messanger.I can't use Google Play services. It says that the device is not compatible with apps. HELP!

I'm afraid Google Play is not available for Android 2.1 which is used in Xperia X8. In Android 2.1 you have Android Market instead but many apps like Viber requires a later version of Android so they can't be downloaded to Xperia X8.
