Has anybody else suffered picture and sound loss the above mentioned KD Bravia TV?

Hi there

 

The first three steps to take in order to resolve issues are:

  1. Unplug the TV from the wall for 30seconds and try again
  2. Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed on the tv
  3. If all else fails, try a factory reset - this can cure many issues.

 

Try going through those and see if it helps.
