Can I connect a Sony Bravia KD43X75WL to a computer monitor?

I currently have a Blaupunkt tv that is past its use-by date and I am thinking of getting a Sony Bravia KD43X75WL -

the current Blaupunkt has sockets at the back where I can plug in and connect to my computer video/sound - are there the same type of sockets on the back of the Sony Bravia?

You don’t give quite enough information there for me to be sure, if you mean

‘Can I connect a Sony Bravia KD43X75WL as a computer monitor?’

and if the Blaupunkt has three RCA sockets (also referred to as phono plug sockets), then the Sony TV has similar electrical inputs, but connected via a 3.5mm jackplug, as per the very bottom left of this Setup Guide (*3):-

If you get an adaptor cable with this jackplug at one end and 3 phono sockets at the other, you should be able to use the existing cable from your computer and carry straight on.

Alternatively if you computer has an HDMI Out port, you can use an HDMI cable to connect to the Sony TV, for rather better results.
