Getting red button when pressing button

Not sure what has happened but now when I press he text button on the remote I get taken to the red button service which is something completely different.My TV is a KDL-42W653A. have recently done a factory reset to enable me to sort out my channel problems which are now fine.Can someone help pleaseI
