Lost Picasa connection

Hi

I just purchased the KDL50W829 on the first day the Picasa app worked straight away, now all I get is "a network error occurred retry" I also can't connect to google+ using google as my browser. I have done a factory reset but to no avail. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi Nielsen.

Your not going to like this one, but..  Unforutnately Picasa is no longer supported on Bravia TVs.  Im assuming that eventually the app will disappear off the TV completely at some point.  You can still access Picasa via other ways (ie PC/Laptop, tablets, mobiles etc).

In regards to Playmemories, I am unsure at the moment.  I have heard that SEN has been having a few wobbles, but not sure at the moment.

OK, thanks for letting me know straight out. It wouldn't be a big issue, if just playmemories was ok.
