Problem with connecting to Wifi Network

I am tring to connect to my office wifi network, it get conencted but to log in i need to pur my user name and password. I tried checking every where but i am unalbe to connect using wifi.

You will probably need to contact your internal IT dept at work or your line manager for user/password details.
