SKY box in AV1 does not auto detect

2 devices connected to TV via SCART leads, one of these will start and display switches from TV to the box when switched on the other does not.

AV1 is the Sky box other is AV2 and is a DVD player.

Is there a setting on the TV that needs to be changed for that particular input?

My old sony TV would change to whatever box was turned on but the new 40ex503 does not.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried fiddling in Settings-External inputs-AV2 Output?

Sorry can't comment much more as I use my Bravia in the bedroom and I have an LG freesat TV with Sky in the living room.
