No all Sony TVs do not come with You View.
If your TV has Freeview plus then you have Catch Up.
Your TV needs to be connected to the internet,
click the Home button on the remote and you will see the
'apps' that come preinstalled on the TV, there you will see
the 'Catch Up' services available.
