I have kdl 32v4000, that does not respond. There is a picture when connected to sky, but no sound, I have a Sony home cinema system the sound plays from, so I can watch tv. I cannot switch the tv on to the Greece, an it stays on skyline I have tried s factory reset, checked all the cables, disconnected all but no joy.
Nothing happens if I select a tv channel from the remote, but I can select all the set up menus, can anyone help please. Thanks Gordon.
