I purchased Sony laptop four days ago. the first two days it was ok,but from today it gives me the following caution message
"The installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer or may not be compatible with the computer. Click OK to enter Hibernate Mode, and remove and reinsert the battery".
whenever i press OK, it goes to hibernate mode
I have tried to remove and reinsert the battery, it keeps on giving me the same message. I do not know what to do please assist
