Hello
When I am booting up the screen turns black at the stage I would normally get my desktop. The monitor is not off, just black. If I standby the laptop from this black screen and restart it, it offer me the safe reboot option or regular. When I do this it allows the laptop to boot and the black screen is not an issue.
I am confused: the laptop clearly has the capacity to work but I dont want to have to go through this process every time I switch on.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
