Do I have it already (as bought) or do I need to install it?

Your model does not appear to have a bluetooth radio fitted.  You will need to buy a bluetooth USB dongle like these: -

Make su4re you get a Windows 7 version and look for one that is recommended with 4 or 5 stars.  There are several pages to pick from.
