DISC DRIVE

i put disc in the drive and nothing happens at all ham i doing some thing wrong or is it faULTY

You've not given us much information to go on..

What disc are you using CD, DVD, etc..?

What application are you trying to use and what are you trying to do.?

Right Click on the Computer desktop icon and select Properties..

In the new System window Click on Device Manager..

Click Continue on the Use Account Window..

Expand CD/DVD drives

Do you have a warning icon, if so what is listed in the Device Status box.?

ensure your drive is not turned off via power saving ? chances are its on as i have had two new drives in mine for same problem one 10 minutes after opening box...sony really should address there drives poor quality by now...probley broke
