Does sony VAIO laptop come with the charger?

I was about to purchase it, but on the last screen before purchasing, it gives me the option to purchase a charger, laptop bag etc. I hope this is a SPARE charger, and that the laptop already comes with the charger already, because the charger itself isn't cheap....

Yes the PC comes with a charger. The accessory is a spare charger.
