Email Support Not Available

I am trying to contact Sony about returning my Vaio but the email support form is not working. I am not in UK and have experienced waits over 25 minutes on 3 occasions on the phone this week. Is there an email address I can email without using the form?

I just need to request that they arrange with TNT to contact me about picking up the laptop.
