It displays the following error
Runtime error
Program C:\Program files\Sony\Dvgate plus\DVPlus.exe
abnormal program termination
The program crashes at startup whether by double clicking the desktop icon or by just connecting my video camera and turning it on. I have tried to uninstall the program via contro panel but it will not do so and comes up with the following
error (.5004:0x8007007e) has occured while running set up
Does anybody have any ideas? I would by very greatful
