My Vaio SVE1712C5E does not show as a correct number and so i can't register it. I have registered it via vaio care and know its registered somewhere as i used technical support. When i sign into sony Uk it does not show in my products. Very annoying. I don't know if it makes a difference but i bought it from the Sony Education store.
Someone who answers the Sony phones was apparently looking into this weeks ago but has not got back to me and the problem persists.
Can anyone help?
