recovery disk

hello! i am a new member , i have gotton a problem, my laptop model is SONY VAIO VPCF12M0E, my laptop 's hard disk is fail, and not working completely, i lost alot data , i bought a new harddrive now i  want to buy recovery disk to recover to factory setting, i made email to sony but by up to now , no response happen to me, how can i do? i really need help!! i am very appreciate if someone help me out.

Hi suyu11,

I understand from another post on this forum that Sony are now referring customers requesting recovery media to EET Europarts. Unfortunately the set that Bob944 bought failed to work for some reason.

Your other alternative is to call Support on the Out Of Warranty number for advice. From the UK the number is 0905 0310006 (Fixed: 0.35£/min).
