Hi Waqz

what model Vaio do you have.?

Have you checked audio settings have not been reset to factory defaults.?

To change the default audio settings, do the following..

Click Start, then Control Panel.

Click Hardware and Sound, then Manage Audio Devices.

In the sound window click on Playback or Recording tabs to change audio settings..

Thankyou for the reply.
I Have A VGN-N11M. (A Laptop)
I have tried to go on the settings.
When I Play A Song The Speakers Sound Level Is Moving.
I Cannot Find Where It Will Say Factory Defaults.
By The Way I Am Running Windows Vista.

Thankyou for any replies in advance.

I have lost sound since installing a Win DVD update on the 17th. Player works and all sound indications are 100%.

right click on the volume control in the system tray next to the clock and click playback devices the playback devices are displayed a green circle with a tick in should be on the speakers and not digital output click on speakers/headphones then click set default>apply>ok and then it should be ok
