for the past 2 days every time I try to open a programme on the dessktop such as powerpoint or vaio care or spotify etc. after a few mintutes the programme will crash and won't respond this in turn causes the whole laptop to crash and I cannot use anything I can't even trun it off I have to turn it off with the button! its beginning to become extremely frustrating at this point.
