User Profile Service Failed!

Hi,Can someone help me out with my vaio l/top,cannot logon,its saying that the user profile service service failed to logon,User profile cannot be loaded.Your help will be appreciated cause am in malta and dont no where i have to take it for repairs.Thanks in advance for any help.
