vaio user guide not loading

can any1 help me..iv been trying to load the vaio user guide but a white box appears and nothing comes up!!

any1 know anything about this

The user guide is a .PDF file. Can you download other .PDF files?

What model do you have?
Have you got Adobe Reader installed?
Are you using Internet Explorer?

Are you trying to load it from hard disc or are you trying to download it from Sony Vaio-Link website?

A white box sounds like a MyClubVAIO problem...
