ok, ive been messing aroung with this for a couple of days, im not very technichal minded so ill tell you where im at ... i bought apocolypto on bluray and tried to play it on my vaio, it comes up with th auto run message 'click to disc' or 'view files' my notebook recognises there is a disc in the drive but wont play it through wmp or windows media center, i think i dont have the right software, through some of the threads i have read on here i have gathered that i need winDVD BD which should be avail through vaio update but when i tried to d/l winDVD through updates i was told that i rerquire the previous version, my notebook is about two weeks old and i havnt done much to it so therefore it is vertually on factory settings.
I have a 40" hd 1080p tele that i am dying to watch my first bluray film on.
any help will be appreciated.
