The above model comes with a Matshita UJ-832D dvd drive.
It seems to read all disk types including DVD-RAM disks.
According to Matshita drive informaiton the UJ-832 (note no D) model is a DVD-RAM Read/Write drive.
Can you confirm if the model fitted, UJ-832D can actually write DVD-RAM or only read the disks? Perhaps there are alternative drivers, software available that facilitate this option.
