Help on installing Content Transfer software 1.3

I am having problems installing Content Transfer software 1.3.  Tried everything, closed programs logged in as administrator but it gets to remove backups and rolls back and wont install.  Please help, getting desperate

I posted that question some time ago and got nowhere.  If like me you find that your Walkman is recognised by the computer just drag and drop your files to the device.  My Walkman is the A845.  The Contents Transfer software wouldn't install under Windows 7 or on another computer running XP Home.
