How to Fix Audio Issues with WH-1000XM4 Headphones During Zoom Calls?

Hello Sony Community,

I've been experiencing audio issues with my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones during Zoom calls. Specifically, when I take off and put back on my headphones, I lose audio completely and have to turn the headphones off and on again to restore it.

  • Has anyone else encountered this issue with the WH-1000XM4 headphones?
  • Are there any specific settings or firmware updates that can resolve this problem?
  • What troubleshooting steps would you recommend to fix this issue?
