How to turn off demo mode in Sony NWZ E-463?

I could not switch my demo mode NWZ E463 to full mode..

Hi! to pass to a mode HOLD. 5 left, 5 play/pause, 5 right.

i may be being thick but did you mean do that whikle the hold button at the side was on coz mine won't come off.

ps its working now i dont know why but i tried it twice then it worked thank you
