Frequently dropping public WiFi

Hi All,

My Tablet keeps disconnecting from the Public WiFi at work (shopping centre)

Seems to happen when there is a damand ie watching youtube videos or navigating chrome.

After a few seconds it reconnects then goes again.

My only solution seems to be going to - settings - backup&reset - reset network settings.

This helps for a while, maybe an hour then the problem comes back.

At first i thought my Tablet was just busted but my Z5 phone does the same thing.

Both devices work fine on my home WiFi.

Any ideas?

Sound to me that the problem is the Access Point, and not your devices.

Do you know who owns the Access Point? Maybe contact them about the problems?
