Sony Xperia Tablet Z black screen

Hello,

On my xperia Z tablet, a black screen appears during a nivagtion web.

I don't try to start with the "button start".

I try to do a hard reset, I have seen the led power change color, but no image on the screen.

So,

I try to restore with the sony PC software, the detection of tablet on usb is ok, the restore seem to be ok also.

And the end, the tablet starts  , i see a "wave boot" but the black screen re appears !!!

So it try the last solution, repear the tablet with the sony Pc software. It is done, buit here, the tablet doesnot start :(.

I am blocked so.

Can you help to solve this problem ?

Hi @moadip, I'm so sorry to hear about your tablet. Slightly_frowning_Face

Could you please try and remove the SIM and/or SD card depending if you have the SIM or Wi-Fi version of your tablet and then start is as normal with the ON/OFF button?

Should you still experience that the you see the waves and then the screen goes black, press and hold the ON/OFF button and volume up button at the same time until the LED flashes 3 times, the tablet will now power off and you can try starting it again.

If you still see the waves and then the screen goes black I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the tablet sent in to an authorized service centre.

My Sony Xperia tablet z wifi is showing black screen after I turn on the power button

Then I use Xperia companion to fix my tablet but its shows the same results

After that I removed the memory card on my tablet and I disable the firewall and anti virus on my computer. Then I do it again but it's also showing the same result.

Help me please!!

Hi @Harry7, I'm sorry to hear about your tablet and sorry for the late reply, I have been out of office due to vacation.

Are you able to complete the software repair using Xperia Companion or do you experience troubles during the repair?

If you have completed the repair and you still can't power on your tablet after completing the repair and removing the SD card, I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the tablet sent in to an authorized service centre.
