Yes, all apps are optimized for battery usage, i think this is default after upgrade, right?
So, what functions are important to be unoptmized like the google connectivity services?
I actually had this problem in Lollipop as well, but I found a way to fix this in Mashmallow by disabling the battery optimization for the module com.sonymobile.wifi (under Settings > Battery usage > Battery optimization > All apps).
I think the battery drains a little quicker this way, but at least it worked for me.
Thank you very much! I will give it a try... so, are there any other apps or services which are important to disabling battery optimization?

Not that I'm aware of. I just have the battery optimization for the WIFI module disabled. That alone solved the drop-out problem I was experiencing with online radio.
