Application YouTube ne se lance plus sur ma Bravia

J’ai un SONY Bravia KDL 32W705C et depuis la semaine dernière l’application YouTube ne se lance plus, elle reste figée sur le logo. J’ai conulté le forum concernant ce problème mais je n’ai pas semble t il la bonne version pour le résoudre. J’ai réinitialisé mon téléviseur mais je ne peux toujours pas lancer l’application. Quelqu’un a t il une solution? D avance merci de votre aide
this fix" did NOT work for me; Youtube app still does NOT launch from the Applications screen on my Bravia KDL-50656A. I did a 'Factory Reset' on 9/20/18 and that fixed the problem 'temporarily' for a few hours. I logged out of Youtube and shutdown the TV for a few hours. When I restarted the TV and tried to access Youtube - the screen "freezes" and does NOT launch the APP....Does anyone know if there is another fix short of 'Factory Reset'? And, what is causing this issue?

Lorraine, I tried the suggestion but it did NOT work! I've tried it several times, but to no avail...ONLY a 'Factory Reset" brings back the ability to launch Youtube app from my Sony Bravia KDL-50W656A...
