BDV-E280 home cinema remote for tv doesn't work

Hello,

I configurated my remote from my bdv-e280 home cinema like its explained in the manual for using my sone bravia television.

It works for the volume, but the channels doesnt change when I press te numeric buttons.

The led on the tv shows that it recieves a signal, but channel doesnt change.

Anyone know how I can solve this problem?
