Android Device Manager can't locate my phone

I can't find my phone using the Android Device Manager from Google nor the AVG anti-theft.

All settings are OK with the apps instructions, but the Location Services can't find me.

Any help?

Thank!

Hi Passarelli80,

have you checked that Access Location is enabled in Google Location Setings.?

Google Location Settings can be found in Apps > Google Settings > Location..

Yes, I've checked that.

As I said, all configs are OK, matching the requirements.

Don't know if it means anything to this case, but I'm in Brazil.

I manage to locate my phone.

The problem, actually, was at the connection.

The city I live has 3,5G network and I was able to locate and use the alarm.

I was testing the service where I work, a town that has only 2G connections...

Thanks guys!

I can't find my phone either with the Sony find my phone and with the Android device manager. After the Lollipop update. My two other tables work fine but my Xperia Z3 nothing!

Nope, no help turning the "locate my device" section on IF.........

Your phone's volume is off/low.

I tested it and it took a half hour for the phone to be found, then the volume was off so the "sound alert" feature is absolutely useless.

We give these apps total control of our phones and they can't turn the volume up for this feature???????

FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stupid programming.

Never buy a Sony phone!
