I have lost some photos from my phone. They have not been deleted but are still there showing as a sort of file symbol. Has anyone experienced this and how do I get them back?
Can you find them using a file explorer? If the photos are still there,you can try this: settings-apps-all,scroll down to media storage, tap on it,force stop and clear data. Restart.
