Network unlock code not working

Hope you can help,

Have recieved the network unlock code from o2, however its not unlocked the tablet, I have tried the code 3 times.

Having spoken to o2 complaints department they sent the follow reply..................

Unfortunately, I've been informed by our Unlocking Team that we're unable to obtain a second code from Sony, as the first one they provided is correct.

If the code you were provided doesn't work and it hasn't been entered more than 5 times, this suggests your device may be faulty.

So they suggest my tablet sony xperia is faulty, need help cant use Tablet as needed and paid for. Please help.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to unlock your tablet.

If you are unable to unlock your tabelet even though you have the correct code i recommend that you contact a service location for assistance. For more information about how to submit your tablet for repair and where, please contact your local support team.
