Can't use 4G

Bonjour, 

Je viens de recevoir mon téléphone. Lorsque j'essaie d'utiliser la 4G,les paramètres m'indiquent je que jsuis connectée mais le logo 4Gne s'affiche pas en haut de mon écran et je ne parviens pas à utiliser internet.

I just received my phone. When I try to use 4G, the parameters tell me that I am connected but the 4G logo does not appear at the top of my screen and I cannot use the internet.

It sounds like you have not downloaded the Internet settings in your device and these are needed in order for the device to be able to access Internet when you aren't connected to a Wi-Fi network.

You can download these settings if you go to Settings > Network & Internet > Internet settings. Accept that they will be downloaded and wait for them to be installed > restart the device.
