I have same problem, all usb options greyed out, won't connect to pc, tried all suggestions from Sony. Been told usb data port damaged needs repair. They are talking rubbish, tried otg connecter with card reader with sd card in it and can transfer music and photos from sd card reader to phone and from phone to sd card in card reader, so usb port working fine. They just won't admit it's a software problem, hoping android 10 solves it as I'm on Android 9.
