my sony xperia xz premium is not updated, in options it appears that it is already updated to the latest version, but it still has the factory version nougat 7.1, when I try to update with Xperia Companion on the computer the same thing appears, which is already updated, also when I put the IMEI on the sony website. But when I open the sony support APP there it says that there is new software (Android Pie 9), but when I give it to update it redirects me to Xperia Companion and it follows the same thing that does not want to update to android 9, the team is unlocked from factory and I am from Mexico, I don't know why it doesn't let update!
