Problem with touchscreen when my phone is charging

I have some problem with touchscreen when my phone is charging. I have original charger.

Could you please elaborate your description a bit? For example, does the touchscreen not respond when it is attached to a charger or does the touch screen generate touches by itself? Have you been able to test different chargers/cables in order to see if the behaviour persists?

try another cable. if it works then discard the one that doesn't. the inner insulation may be damaged (cables wear out). 

if the problem is with charger then again, discard the original one if out of warranty. if under warranty, replace it or just use whatever charger.

the problem you are talking about is common with cheap chargers/cables - but also when the good components become damaged.
