Wireless Charging on Belkin F7U027

I have had my Xz3 for just under a week now and I was told buy the guy in the store that the belkin F7U027 would work. The first night my phone charged with no issues since then I've not woken up to a full battery from my wireless charger. I have tried charging with my case on and off and still no change. I do have battery care on which I believe to be a good feature but is that what's causing the issue or is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance

Its probably the location of the coil, if not central it's a lower charge rate, if really off centre it won't charge at all.

Try positioning so that the QI on screen is central to the charging coil
