I've had my Xperia for a long time now and always was super happy with it until I noticed the sound was now strangely low, when paying more attention I realized the bottom speaker ceased working.
I read on another topic that a lot of users are experiencing the same issue since the latest Android update. And the only answer from Sony Assistance I found was "wait until next Android update to see if the problem persists"
So the only choice Sony is offering right now is, please just wait with your half broken phone until something happens (maybe?) and fixes the issue. I mean I put the price to buy Xperia's supposedly top notch phone back when it was released only to experience a very diminished sound a couple of years later???
Surely Sony must be able to offer a solution to this problem?
