Can i get replacement unit for this. Im very disapointed that on my xz premium paint started to come off on the frame
How did the paint come off? Is it because of a case or a drop?

May I ask what color is your XZ Premium?
I had mine 4 weeks and noticed paint peeling off. Took to CPW where I purchased who originally told me it was wear and tear. I informed them of issues I'd read on here and that after 4 weeks I refused to accept wear and tear. CPW replaced my handset but have stated if it happens again then I will need to contact Sony as it is clearly a manafacturing problem if it happens again. Hope you can get your issue resolved
You guys refuse to replace even if we are ready to pay.... You guys are asking us to change the entire display for a frame...this is totally insane... Seriously its injustice... And u know something your person himself told me that " they Will ask to change the display for replacement of frame as many won't come front to it...." it's such a cheap thing right....
I may be a bit late on this too, but just checking. I found a little bubble in between the power and volume buttons and doesn't matter how careful I was, it peeled off last night 😭 I have screen protection on both front and back and I use a Sony flip cover that did cost me about 50 bucks.
Is there a fix for it or should I contact the store for it? Bought in August. 😪
