XZ2 compact mic is not working on Whatsapp Videocalls, the other participants of whatsapp video cannot hear me, the direct "voice message" in Whatsapp is working.
I also tested with the servicecode *#*#7378423#*#* the secondary mic record very quiet, maybe thats the problem ?
p.s.
- It has nothing to do with flip/cover even without cover, same issue.
- Phone reset to factory defaults also doesent help
- (Sony deveicemanufacturer repair service, checked the phone and said, no issues, everything works well)
- Iam not pretty sure, but i guess it appears after android update from 9 to 10
