unfortunately messaging has stopped

Several times a day now when I try to access messaging it comes up saying "unfortunately messaging has stopped" I then need to restart the phone to get it to work. Only been for last few days?

Have you installed some 3rd party apps? Check if in safe mode the same occurs:

You could also try to clear data for the messaging application via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Messaging > Clear data.

Hello people, i got this problem, i run safe mode delete app , but again got same problem. How i fix it ? I try celar data in aps, messages.. but not help..

I uninstalled the last app I added and seems to be working now

Hmm.. maybe know which apps ?

It was fitness - home and gym workouts. Not sure how that would affect messaging but seems to have fixed it

Hello people, i got again this problem What i do ?! I repair my z2 , it oke, but after few days i got again this problem, i unistal and isntal lastest apps , but , again .. what do??!!! I can not change my tone for message
